Description
Are you looking to implement stations into your Algebra 1 instruction? Are you looking for engaging and rigorous activities for your Algebra 1 students? Look no further!
This activity is designed to engage students while they reviewing graphing equations and inequalities, identifying key features, slope and rate of change, as well as the effects of change of parent functions. You can complete this activity as a review before an assessment. The activity is a game in which students work together on several tasks in order to move their game piece on a digital game board! There are three levels of questions and students can pick what they want to work on as a team. Students will love to review in this fun and meaningful way that fosters collaboration and teamwork!
After the review you can use the Quick Check Assessment to quickly collect data on your students mastery of the concepts. The quick check comes in a paper form and a digital form- using google forms.
This review has a 90s television cartoon theme to reel students in without seeming like textbook problems.
This activity follows the Texas Algebra standards of A.3A, A.3B, A.3C, A.3D, A.3E
