What is better than a worksheet but still provides authentic practice of converting a fraction into a decimal or percent? A SCAVENGER HUNT!

With this scavenger hunt students will practice solving questions that allows students to find the missing part, missing whole or total and missing percent. The problems are written in word problem format to enhance and reinforce TEKS 6.5B which is a readiness standard.

I have included a recording sheet and answer document. I have included two hunts, ONE WITH QR CODES AND ONE WITHOUT! So if you want to integrate technology you can! Or if you don’t want to integrate technology you don’t have to, win win!

With the QR codes students are engaged and excited to reveal the next problem to tackle! After they solve the problem, they look around the room for the answer. This is fun but also provides a self checking tool, because if they do not see their answer then they are not correct.
