Unpopular opinion but these three things have help

Unpopular opinion but these three things have helped me tremendously in the classroom!
I allow students to use multiplication charts so that they can focus on the long algorithms rather than the math facts. Yes they have to learn both but while they are learning an algorithm they should be able to only focus on the algorithm.
I gave up on the pencil game a long time ago. Just having a bucket of pencils out has saved me a lot of headaches and minimizes the amount of kids writing in markers and crayons.
Finally I do not assign homework. Kids need time to be a kid and they also need time to decompress. This one change has saved me hours of time. I no longer have to beg kids for work.

Use big 🎲 dice!
Use dry erase markers and plastic page protectors to use games over and over and save paper! 📝
Use games that are self checking for immediate feedback. Allow the use of calculators to check their work. 🧮
Use plastic coins or hundredths blocks for game tokens. 🪙
